If you encounter an error number [-15,570] and RecurDyn does not run, it indicates that the license file path is not correctly specified.
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following:
1. Cloud License
If you use RecurDyn connected to a cloud account, your Windows account name must be in English. If yours is not in English, please create a new Windows account with an English name and use RecurDyn.
2. File-Type License (including Student Version)
Run the RecurDyn License Manager and specify the license file you received.
