It is possible to co-simulate a RecurDyn model with a control system modeled in MATLAB/Simulink.
Co-simulation with Simulink involves the following four steps:
If RecurDyn is used as the host,
then 2 m-files are required in MATLAB.
If Simulink is used as the host, then only 1 m-file is required in MATLAB.
The following video shows how the co-simulation procedures differ depending on whether you use RecurDyn or Simulink as the host.
