In RecurDyn V8R5, eTemplate/Professional can be used for free.
RecurDyn/eTemplate is a tool that enables RecurDyn model data to be stored in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
RecurDyn/eTemplate can read the data in a spreadsheet and create a model in RecurDyn from the data.
In many countries, a lot of RecurDyn users are using eTemplate to customize RecurDyn or automate the modeling process of RecurDyn.
This article introduces the easy way to change the friction coefficient of the several joints by eTemplate.
In a similar way, many kinds of parameters of RecurDyn can be modified at once easily by using eTemplate.
This approach is very useful when the model itself doesn't change and only different set of parameters are used.
Please download the example model from the above link and try to change the parameters using the example excel file (eTemplate model).
