There is no separate function that splits a merged body.
But, you can perform the following procedure to split a geometry from a merged body.
1) Enter the Edit mode of the merged body, select the body you want to split, press Ctrl+X (Cut), and exit the Edit mode.
2) Go to
[Home]-[Model Setting]-[Display]. On the Display dialog box, in the Advanced tab, deselect "Shift when pasting."

3) Go to [Professional]-[Body] and select General to create a new body.
4) Press Ctrl+C (Paste) and exit the Edit mode.
